Determination and assessment of routes for the oversized and excessive transport

The agenda for determining and assessing routes for excessive and oversized transport (Decree of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic No. 134/2018 Coll.) is a part of the agenda for special use of roads pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 135/1961 Coll. on land roads (Road Act), as amended.

The Road Databank Department determines routes for transport with a weight of 60 t and more, or if the height exceeds 4.5 m. It comments on transport routes for transport with a weight of 40 t to 60 t, which are determined by the carrier or other applicant through the Information system of Road Network Model/Transport routes web application.
